The main reason for the lack of material for plastic parts is the nozzle part, which is generally blocked by the nozzle. The general method is to clean the nozzle. The leakage of the nozzle can also cause the lack of material. Such failures generally require the nozzle to be replaced.

Generally, the exhaust inside the cap mould is not smooth, and the air accumulated in the cavity cannot be exhausted, which will cause insufficient plastic filling, resulting in lack of material. The measures taken are to reduce the plastic filling speed or increase the corresponding exhaust on the cap mould. Stomata.
Because the hot runner is blocked or the flow is unbalanced, the plastic melt does not flow smoothly and the parts are lacking. The general measures are to increase the temperature of the hot pouring runner corresponding to the lacking product, and use delicate and clean raw materials.
